We use booking information to handle your enquiry, verify bank payment and send your confirmation and invoice. You do not enter card details on this website.

Controller and purposes

The operator above is the data controller. We process your name, email, optional telephone number, billing details, dates and requirements to handle enquiries, perform contracts, record payments and meet legal obligations. Marketing consent is not required. We do not operate newsletters or marketing profiling.

Data and recipients

Orders are stored in a private database. The public calendar only displays blocked times. Full details are accessible to authorised administrators and the customer through a private link. Hosting is provided by Roští.cz, s.r.o. We use the email service of Roští.cz, s.r.o. to send confirmations and invoices, including recipient address, message content and PDF attachments. The operator verifies payment against the bank statement; the website has no automatic access to the customer’s bank account. No payment gateway is connected yet. Before enabling one, we will identify its provider and update the processing information. This website does not receive or store card details.

Retention

Unpaid enquiries are anonymised after 12 months. Paid-order details are retained for contractual, legal, accounting and rights-protection purposes for the applicable period, up to 10 years; relevant evidence may be retained longer if required for a legal dispute. Request throttling uses a temporary network-address hash. Hosting access logs are subject to the provider’s contractual arrangements.

Your rights

Contact info@racelean.eu to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or to object where the GDPR permits. You may complain to the Czech data protection authority. Processing relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual and contractual steps, (c) for legal duties and (f) for security and protection of rights.

Cookies and external content

YouTube connects only after consent and opening the video. Both acceptance and rejection are remembered for 180 days. Change your choice in the footer. Google may process technical data outside the EEA; see Google’s privacy policy. No advertising or analytics tools are active. See cookie information.
