Pay by bank QR or transfer. The reservation is confirmed after manual verification of full receipt in our bank account.

1. Enquiry and reservation

Choose training, an experience, event hire or a long-term placement. The form is a non-binding enquiry. The operator checks availability and technical requirements and prepares a specific offer with dates, scope, final tax-inclusive price, mandatory charges and payment deadline. The customer explicitly accepts the offer before payment. Only full payment received in time confirms a reservation.

2. Full advance payment

Full payment is required before the event by bank QR or transfer to account 7259800287/0100, IBAN CZ9601000000007259800287. Choose CZK or EUR; the offer, payment instructions and invoice use the agreed currency. Use the exact amount and payment reference shown in your booking. QR only prefills a transfer; the operator confirms your reservation after verifying full receipt in the bank account. EUR QR support depends on your banking app; you can always transfer to the IBAN. More payment options are coming: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and online banking. GoPay and other gateways are not connected yet. An expired offer requires renewed availability confirmation.

3. Customer cancellation

Cancel at least 14 days before the event begins to have the paid price returned. For later cancellation by the customer, payment is non-refundable under the agreed cancellation conditions. The offer shows the exact cutoff date and time. Cancel through your private order page or email info@racelean.eu and retain your notice. The operator handles any refund; cancellation does not automatically transfer money.

This contractual policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, complaints, defective-performance remedies or repayment when the operator cancels the service. Statutory distance-contract withdrawal rights must be assessed separately: date-specific leisure services may fall within an exception, which cannot be applied indiscriminately to equipment sales or other services. Those require their own conditions.

4. Venue and service

The organiser supplies the agreed site, access, electricity and conditions in the offer. Outdoor use, staffing, setup, transport, insurance and liability are agreed for each event. Visitor counts are not guaranteed ride capacity. Calendar blocks may include transport and preparation.

5. Complaints and disputes

Contact the operator above for complaints. Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Access to courts is unaffected.

6. Confirmation and privacy

Your order records all requirements, price, accepted terms and payment status. Public visitors see blocked times only. After manual payment verification, a booking confirmation and paid invoice are created and emailed to the customer as two PDF attachments. Payments made before the event receive a tax document for the advance payment; a final settlement follows delivery of the service. By accepting the offer, the customer agrees to receive confirmation and tax documents electronically at the supplied email address.
