By agreement, we offer time slots for individual booking and payment. Ride prices, any guaranteed hire contribution and payment responsibilities are specified in the offer.
A sponsor joins in
The programme can support a partner presentation or team challenge. Branding and its execution are agreed for the event.
For recurring events, we plan dates and partnership terms individually. Your offer confirms the equipment, staffing, transport, scope and price.

Can the simulator run alongside a band, DJ or another activity?
Yes. We coordinate the schedule and location with your other entertainment. For a conference, music or evening programme, we agree a suitable zone and sound arrangements.
Can hotels offer the programme to corporate clients regularly?
Yes. We discuss future dates, enquiry handover, service scope and the partnership model. Availability is confirmed for each event individually.
Can guests without racing experience take part?
Rides are adapted to participants’ experience. A safety briefing and assessment of safe participation come first; crew instructions and the health and operating restrictions in our terms apply.
How many simulators and rides can you provide?
Capacity depends on ride length, safe changeovers, breaks and equipment availability. The offer specifies equipment, staffing and the schedule.
