- Preliminary installation minimum 3 × 3 m; recommended overall area 25 m². We assess access, flooring, power and the safe operating area.
- Delivery and familiarisation
- The accepted offer specifies delivery date, installation, handover and operator familiarisation, including their prices and scope.
- Ordering and payment
- Send a non-binding enquiry. We prepare a specific quotation; once accepted, payment and delivery follow its agreed terms.
- Service and warranty
- Purchase terms and complaints and service conditions apply together with the accepted quotation.
